Early Family Support Practitioner
Ref: 8530, GBP22,658 - GBP24,964 (pro rata) 30 hours per week
An opportunity has arisen for an Early Family Support Practitioner at Kinson and West Howe Children's Centre.
If you are committed to improving outcomes for Children & Families, then this could be the opportunity for you.
This is a rewarding and challenging position and will include:
* Working with families and young children in a variety of settings, including home visiting
* Experience of completing appropriate assessments, for example The Bournemouth Early Help Assessment
* Collaborative working with families and other professionals to form supportive action plans
* Delivering direct interventions which support the developmental needs for children
* Experience and knowledge of safeguarding children and families
You will hold a level three qualification or equivalent in a child/family related field (child protection, child development, family therapy).
This post is for 30 hours per week.
