Description

Understand the business needs and existing resource structure

Understand the internal talent structure and what the future plans are around resource and talent

Build relationships internally with employees and stakeholders

Consult and enquire with stakeholders to understand their needs and wants

Take an active role in resource management projects and initiatives

Understand the resource strategy and work to support these

Understand the pipeline opportunities to enable appropriate decisions about available resources

Manipulate data and undertake MI to be able to influence and reach decisions

Profile

Communicate effectively - stakeholder management experience

Have a resource, talent or recruitment background

Be able to interpret data, collate data and undertake MI
