Web Application Support Engineer (MS SQL, .Net Environment)
Abingdon Head Office / Remote Split Working

As an experienced support engineer you will work alongside our software development team in a first line capacity, supporting all aspects of our core solution, including external data feed integration, new customer provisioning and smooth day to day operation of our web based financial reporting platform. 

Web Application Support Engineer Essential Skills include:

+ Previous experience of supporting Web Applications built on Microsoft ASP.NET / SQL Server technology.
+ Comfortable running Microsoft SQL queries to investigate data issues.
+ Excellent first line trouble-shooter and communicator.
+ Able to deal directly and sensitively with customer queries.
+ Calm under pressure.

General skills:

+ Web application support 
+ Some knowledge of the financial services sector is preferred but not essential. 
+ Creating internal and customer facing knowledgebase support articles. 
+ A willingness to grow your role with our expanding business, potentially moving into a second line or team leading role in future.
