LIVE???WORK???SUPPORT

Having undertaken a project to transform the way adult care services are delivered in Wiltshire, the aim of our new reablement service is to support customers to regain daily living skills so that they can live independently in their own homes and communities

About the role

This is an opportunity to make a real difference to people's lives. Under the guidance of a senior reablement support worker and other members of the reablement team, you will be working with customers in their own homes for up to 6 weeks

Communication skills are really important as well as being able to work under pressure and having an attention to detail in maintaining customer records

As well as a comprehensive induction programme, including completing a Care Certificate qualification, on-going specialist reablement training and access to the council's other learning programmes will be available to help you fully develop in your career
