In-house Recruiter is required by a thriving and incredibly successful software organisation based in the heart of Brighton. This is great opportunity to join the company at a key time in their growth. You will be responsible for the delivery of an exemplary recruitment service, resulting in the successful attraction and selection of new team members across all departments and locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pro-actively seeking top industry performers to develop and nurture a pipeline of talent via such methods as networking opportunities and LinkedIn
  • Building effective relationships with hiring managers to ensure that the needs of the business are fully understood and can be met
  • Advising on interviewing and selection practices
  • Developing and evolving the recruitment service to provide a leading edge in a competitive market
  • Managing the Graduate and Apprenticeship recruitment programmes in collaboration with local colleges and universities
  • Building relationships with external agencies, in the UK and globally, to ensure partners deliver top talent on brief and within a suitable timeframe
  • Developing creative and innovative sourcing strategies, whilst ensuring that the target cost-per-hire and time-to-fill metrics are met
  • Administering all CV submissions and initial CV reviews
  • Performing all first stage interviews via skype or face-to-face, and shortlisting candidates for second interviews
  • Coordinating all interviews with candidates and hiring managers, obtaining feedback and relaying to candidates in a timely manner

Key Requirements:

  • A minimum of two years' ideally in-house recruitment experience
  • Experience of technical recruitment highly desirable
  • Excellent communication skills, with the credibility to discuss technical skills and competencies
  • Strong commercial awareness coupled with a genuine desire to add value by finding excellent candidates
  • Proactive approach to finding new solutions and driving improved processes
  • The ability to occasionally travel outside of the UK to perform interviews
  • Good problem solving and analytical skills
