Part Time HR Officer

Part Time HR Officer - GBP27K FTE - Leeds - 25 hours over 5 days

A brilliant opportunity has arisen within a leading manufacturing organisation in Leeds. They are looking for an experienced HR professional to join them as a Part Time HR Officer in a permanent capacity.

In this role you will support across their sites in Leeds and Barnsley so are required to have a full valid UK driving license. You will be responsible for coaching, mentoring and guiding managers through ER processes such as disciplinaries, grievances and absence management, as well as working closely with the HR BP to support with general day to day HR duties. There will also be an element of recruitment support required within this role.

For this position you need to have strong Employment Law knowledge, capability to advice and support managers regularly with ER issues and be a driven HR professional experienced providing advice and guidance to employees.
