Building Technician required.

Client Details

Large facilities management company who provide services within the corporate, health-care, education, leisure, defence and justice sectors.

Description

Some of your key responsibilities will include;

-Carry out remedial repairs and minor decoration - as and when required
-Ensure that stock levels of appropriate materials/ supplies and hand tools are available
-Manage and complete reactive maintenance calls
-Be compliant with relevant Health & Safety legislation/ guidelines
-Any other ad hoc duties

Profile

The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate;

-Basic DIY, electrical knowledge and understanding, basic principles of plumbing.
-Good Communication skills
-Experience in repair/ maintenance
-Experience in a similar role

Job Offer

In return you will receive a salary of GBP20,000 - GBP21,000 + other benefits
