A leading Estate Agents in Plymouth are seeking to employ a specific weekend team responsible for the continuation of our client services.
Branch Manager (Weekend) £40,000 OTE (Pro-Rata)
Answering to The Managing Partner and working alongside the existing Branch Manager, you will be responsible for the effective running of the award winning Atwell Martin Plymouth office across the course of our busy weekend trading periods.
You will provide exceptional leadership to the team and oversee the smooth conduct of both Valuations and Viewings and liaising with clients as required in a pro-active and positive manner.
In addition, you will be responsible for maintaining regular contact, updates and providing support for our New Homes teams who are also active within the area. Estate Agency experience and access to a car is essential.
The role offers 5 weeks holiday and membership of the company pension scheme.
