We have an excellent opportunity for a well organised, enthusiastic and passionate individual to join our Perth team.

This is an exciting and varied role which presents an excellent opportunity to join Perth’s leading estate agency and promote our Sunday Times and Best Estate Agent Guide award winning service.

We are seeking a well presented, professional, charismatic and pro-active team member who is flexible in their approach to all aspects of our business.

The successful candidate must have experience and a proven track record in residential sales and will be required to demonstrate a positive attitude, strong work ethic and excellent communication and negotiation skills. Acting as the point of contact for sales clients, the role will be primarily client experience focused as we look to deliver exception estate agency service and fantastic sales results.

Full Time - Core hours are 36 hours per week as follows:

• Monday 9am - 5pm
• Tuesday 9am - 5pm
• Wednesday - 9am - 5pm
• Thursday - 9am - 5pm
• Friday - 8am - 6pm

Flexible will be required to cover office opening hours and late night appointments, this includes participation in a weekend rota.

Salary - Dependent on experience and a full UK Driving Licence is essential for this role.
