Regional Trainer

Fantastic opportunity for an experienced Regional Trainer to join this successful growing retail business, supporting key locations in the East Midlands and North East to deliver customer excellence by bringing the culture and values alive. This an exciting time to join as the business has been through a journey of growth and change, now reflected in it's core training across all operations.

As Regional Trainer you will deliver company standard training content and for all new starters and provide regionalised bespoke content to develop existing colleagues. We are looking for an experienced trainer, ideally with a background working in retail or similar, who is highly credible with lots of energy and enthusiasm to really bring the company culture to life.

Suitable candidates will be CIPD or CTP qualified and have a proven track record of delivery in a fast paced, down to earth environment. You will have excellent communication skills at all levels.
