Our client, an innovative award winning software solutions company, is currently looking for a Sales Administrator to join their dynamic team located in the Bracknell area.

Reporting directly to the HR, Accounts and Office Manager, you will be expected to process customer orders in an efficient and prompt manner as well as managing the administration of orders, and maintaining accurate pricing/discounts.

In addition your responsibilities will include:

  • Communicating with customers and other departments within the business to ensure a high standard of customer service is maintained, including supplying customers/resellers with required information on order processing
  • Updating and Reporting the Sales revenue figures on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.
  • Managing and maintaining accurate records in the CRM (Sales Force) system
  • Assisting the Manager with other ad hoc duties

As the ideal candidate you will be a quick learner who is a confident and skilled communicator with an engaging phone presence. You will have demonstrable experience of using Microsoft Word and Excel. Accuracy with figures for costing and pricing is essential therefore attention to detail is a must.

Fluency in any European language would be advantageous as well as experience with Sales Force, though not essential.

This role is well suited to someone who has the ability to work independently, but is also a team player able to work within a small and highly motivated team.
