New opportunity not to be missed! TIS has an exciting opportunity for an Incident Management Co-ordinator to join the team based in Coleshill. Joining us on a full time permanent basis, you will receive a competitive salary of £16,640 - £20,000 dependant on qualifications, skills and experience.

Due to their continued success in securing some major contracts a new position has become available for an Incident Management Co-ordinator at our Coleshill Office.

You should be positive and enthusiastic having the ability to meet the client’s requirements and the capability to work independently or within a team when required.

The role involves:

- Providing administration support to Project Managers and the local sales team

- Typing of letters and documentation

- Taking customer service calls

- Liaising with engineers

- Scheduling engineers

- Keeping the end user informed of response times and current position

- Meeting customer KPI’s for response times and updating portals

- Arranging parts for engineers

- Completion of stores documentation

- Take incoming deliveries and completion of associated paperwork.

- Liaising with Head Office for Stock replenishment.

Key Experience / qualifications required by the Incident Management Co-ordinator:

- Must be competent using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook especially)

- Business Administration qualification and/or experience

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- You will be a team player with ambition

- Excellent organisation skills

- Document presentation skills and attention to detail

- Experience of scheduling engineers

Qualities required by the Incident Management Co-ordinator:

- Work on your own initiative

- Work as part of a team

- Communicate and build successful working relationships with customers and other employees

- Supervise others.
