This company is a pioneering UK retailer for a new genre of bicycles. Electric bikes (e-Bikes) are changing the face of personal transport around the world with annual sales above 40 million units. They are one of the fastest growing cycle retailers in the UK & with this come opportunities for motivated & talented staff.

They are looking for a motivated sales adviser with relevant experience & mechanic qualifications who is keen to develop their career in the cycle industry.

Role Summary:
- To actively maximise turnover & profitability of the store & by providing the best e-bike retail experience in Cambridge - Build great relationships with their customers
- To help in the workshop to ensure their delivery standards & promises to their customers are never missed

Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate technical skills & suitable product knowledge
- Develop your skills in order to provide
sales advice on ebikes, accessories, parts & services
- Provide sales & after sales support by email & phone
- Work with the workshop to ensure competent delivery of orders, servicing & repairs
- Stock - ordering, receiving goods in & working with suppliers to efficiently correct any discrepancies
- Be an ambassador for the company brand & products both instore & online

Relationships & Roles:
- To build trust, value others, communicate effectively, get things done, foster innovation, focus on delivery to
customers, solve problems creatively & demonstrate high integrity
- Maintain professional internal & external relationships that meet their core values
- Proactively establish & maintain effective working team relationships with all back office departments

Location: The role is based in Cambridge but may require stays elsewhere for training.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
- Approximately 2-4 years of retail experience
- A passion for cycling
- Demonstrate mechanical mindedness & knowledge of components would be valuable
- A strong understanding of customer service & sales practices
- A proven ability to succeed in a retail environment
