Business Development Manager (Maternity Cover up to 12 months)            

Bedford College Professional Services Ltd (BCPS Ltd)

40 hours per week / full year basis

Salary:  £27,000 + up to £4,000 commission per annum

Based at our Bedford campus, we require a Business Development Manager to generate income for Bedford College through business to business employer sales and account management to achieve sales targets. You will need to grow the College’s customer base of employers and manage these relationships to maximise lifetime value and achieve customer retention targets. You will be required to ensure systems and documentation are completed to the standards required by Bedford College and appropriate funding bodies and are compliant with audit requirements.

To be shortlisted for this vacancy you will meet the essential criteria which includes; GCSE Mathematics and English at grade C or above, A Level 3 qualification in a Sales, Customer Service, business support or marketing discipline, or the willingness to study at this level and Evidence of continued professional development. You will need to provide evidence of a record in achieving Sales targets.
