This will be a very varied role supporting the HR Manager.

The client is a large manufacturing business based in the Leeds area.
Description
- Working closely with the HR Manager on all HR related projects.
- Updating the system with new starters and leavers.
- Taking notes in HR related meetings.
- Giving HR advice to the management team.
- Conducting exit interviews for employees leaving the business.
- Overseeing annual leave requests.
- Making any relevant changes to employee contracts.

- Previously worked within a HR Assistant role.
- Enjoys working in a fast paced environment.
- CIPD qualified.
