Sales Negotiator, Pangbourne

GBP18,000 per annum + uncapped commission

Monday - Friday 08.30-18.00, alternate Saturdays 09.00-16.00

My client, a highly respected corporate Estate Agency, are currently recruiting for a Sales Negotiator to join their Sales team. My client is recognised as one of the most prestigious Estate Agency brands in the UK and offer excellent opportunities to all employees.

The successful candidate will have experience in Estate Agency, although this is not essential. My client is looking for someone motivated to succeed within the industry with the ability to communicate with clients and close sales.

As a Sales Negotiator your duties will include:

• Speaking with clients regarding their property requirements
• Arrange and conduct viewings and market appraisals
• Generate new business through canvassing and calling applicants with properties to sell
• Liaising with solicitors, financial advisors and surveyors throughout the sales process

To succeed in this role you will need:

• A full UK driving license and access to your own transport
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Confidence when working under pressure and the ability to meet and exceed targets
• Understanding and sensitive handling of confidential information
