Our home-care service started in Bristol in 1990 and earned accreditation from Avon Social Services in 1994. We are a domiciliary care provider and offer in home care, live in care and out of hours care. We work throughout the Bristol, Bath and South Gloucestershire areas.

Our main goals are to be a top provider in care, encourage innovate ideas and excel in training opportunities for our staff. All care assistants are recruited externally, however we try to recruit internally wherever possible.

About The Job

We have a fantastic opportunity for Care Assistants to join our expanding team in Bath, Bristol and South Gloucestershire. We are looking for reliable, empathetic and caring team players, who can help make a difference to people’s lives. You can either take on a zero hour’s contract or a permanent contract working either 7am-2pm / 4pm-10pm. Both contact types would require you to work alternate weekends. Depending on your qualifications, we offer a minimum of £9.20 an hour.


• Offers the cost of your DBS check back after 1 year of employment.

• Auto enrolment on the company pension scheme. (Must earn over £452 every 4 weeks to qualify)

• Full mandatory training and ongoing refreshers. Training is paid for.

• Specialist training available.

• First uniform free.

• Hourly rate includes holiday payment of 28 days per year.

• ‘Recommend a Carer’ scheme available offering a £50 bonus (criteria to be met).

Care Assistant Job Role

• Welfare checks.

• Light housework and domestic tasks

• Supporting with social and recreational activities

• Meal preparation

Requirement for the Care Assistant position

• No previous experience required as full training is given along with shadowing a senior carer.

• You must have a right to work in the UK.

• A DBS check to be completed.

• Good verbal and written communication skills.

• Reliable and enthusiastic individuals.
