Location: Bath, Bristol and South Gloucestershire

Job Type: Permanent and zero hours

Salary: £9.20 -£9.33 an hour depending on relevant qualifications

Our home-care service started in Bristol in 1990 and earned accreditation from Avon Social Services in 1994. We are a domiciliary care provider and offer in home care, live in care and out of hours care. We work throughout the Bristol, Bath and South Gloucestershire areas.

Our main goals are to be a top provider in care, encourage innovate ideas and excel in training opportunities for our staff. All care assistants are recruited externally, however we try to recruit internally wherever possible.

About The Job

We have a fantastic opportunity for Care Assistants to join our expanding team in Bath, Bristol and South Gloucestershire. We are looking for reliable, empathetic and caring team players, who can help make a difference to people’s lives. You can either take on a zero hour’s contract or a permanent contract working either 7am-2pm / 4pm-10pm. Both contact types would require you to work alternate weekends. Depending on your qualifications, we offer a minimum of £9.20 an hour.

Care Assistant Job Role

Requirement for the Care Assistant position

• No previous experience required as full training is given along with shadowing a senior carer.

• You must have a right to work in the UK.

• A DBS check to be completed.

• Good verbal and written communication skills.

• Reliable and enthusiastic individuals.
