Part time Finance Administrator/Book keeper
Salary GBP18k to GBP20,000 holiday and pension
3 to 4 days per week (8,30am to 5.30pm)
Location; Kettering
We are seeking an experienced Office Accounts Administrator/bookkeeper to work in a small, enthusiastic office environment taking on various administrative and office tasks whilst taking key responsibility of the admin side of the business.
Key responsibilities will include:
General office duties - answering telephone, post, filing, organising couriers, ordering etc.
Experience using Sage and QuickBooks
Input Sales and Purchase Invoices into Sage accounting.
Car Driver .
Managing credit control/Sending monthly customer statements
Balance Bank accounts.
Managing monthly payment plan, and paying suppliers
Manage petty cash & expenses
Client and supplier liaison, dealing with any queries and issues
Manage and record Overtime, Absence and Holiday
Organise and negotiate insurances annually
Ordering stock, Raising purchase Orders, updating database once goods are received and checking against invoices for approval
Keys Skills, Experience and Qualifications:
- Sage Accounting and a knowledge of bookkeeping
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Ability to liaise closely with colleagues at all levels
- Ability to manage own time and prioritise workload
- Quick learner
- Problem solver

- Confident telephone manner
- Ability to communicate with internal/external sources
