Based in Stoke on Trent with easy transport links to the North West, West Midlands and East Midlands, Stoke on Trent College is the largest provider of further education in Stoke and North Staffordshire, with around 10,000 students each year on full-time and part-time study programmes, apprenticeships, professional qualifications and university-level courses. We also help thousands of local people each year to gain the basic skills needed for work, be it English and maths, employability skills or specific work-related qualifications. As Sales and Contracts Manager you will be responsible for creating strong partnerships with employers and employer representative groups, contributing to the achievement of sales targets relating to apprenticeships, full cost and other training contracted income.

You will work collaboratively with the Director of Apprenticeships to develop an employer engagement plan to match the curriculum offer and ensure sales are closely aligned with College key priorities/contract targets and assessor caseloads. Implement the College strategy to grow and develop the apprenticeship provision in key sectors as a result of LMI research and intelligence gathering.
