Office Administrator Assistant

Working Hours: 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday.
Holiday Entitlement: 28 days (bank holidays included)
Salary: £20,000 P/A
Work placement: 35 Marefair, Northampton NN1 1SR
12-week trial

Job Description:
We require an enthusiastic, hardworking, reliable and organised General Office Admin Administrator with excellent customer service skills to join our team at LiveLines UK Ltd. Our successful applicant will be able to apply themselves to a range of tasks and be able to multi-task whilst being able to provide continuous support in a professional, positive and friendly manner to our client’s, customers and staff. The position requires strong communication skills together with an excellent work ethic as you will become an important part of our successful office team. Our candidate should have a can-do attitude towards individual customer, operator and staff requests ensuring their issues are fully resolved with all relevant parties, whilst striving to exceed customer expectations. Our ideal applicant will be confident, self-motivated, reliable with meticulous attention to detail and to work independently and as part of a team. Their telephone manner will also be of a very high standard as politeness is crucial to our organisation. Our successful applicant will also have good knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel and using the Internet.

Their duties will include:

  • Answering incoming office calls
  • Dealing with Operator queries and the customer helpdesk
  • Booking in Operators for their training session
  • Training Operators over the telephone
  • Setting up new operators on our services
  • Postage Duties, incoming and outgoing post
  • Ensuring our profile feeds are up to date
  • Managing Statistics
  • Compiling Operator packs
  • Checking Operator messages
  • Filing
  • General Administration office duties
  • Dealing with customer enquiries
  • Managing customer reviews
  • To monitor and ensure staffing levels on shifts are at the correct levels
  • To contact Operators can confirm their working shifts
  • To assist our Supervisors with various duties
  • Monitoring our live SMS service
