Job Description

The Company is looking for an enthusiastic individual to join their team as an Office Administrator. You will support the organisation in ensuring the smooth and professional running of their operations. Responsibilities will include:

  • General office communications
  • Administering procurement of office supplies
  • Book keeping/Invoicing/ledger administration
  • Administering office maintenance subcontractors
  • HR administration and logistics
  • Administration support to our development and product teams

The initial salary is £17000 to £21000 dependant on experience. It is a full time role (nominally 37 hours) and comes with a contributory pension and 5 weeks annual paid leave.

Person Specification

The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills. You will have a high standard of numeracy and literacy, be self-motivated, able to manage your own workload and time effectively and be able to contribute to and work effectively within a team.
