Our client is a leading eCommerce business that’s dedicated to transforming rooms from ordinary to extraordinary with their innovative decorating solutions. Due to expansion, they are now looking for a Marketing Assistant to join their friendly team.
Within a creative and collaborative environment, you’ll have the chance to help drive our client’s success and play a key role in engaging their customer base.
As a Marketing Assistant, you’ll create our client’s social media content and support the smooth running of the Marketing Department.
In this key role, you will:
- Develop great copy, focusing particularly on SEO
- Create content for the company’s website, as well as their Facebook, Twitter and Instagram accounts
- Ensure our client’s website and social media channels rank high on Google
- Use Google Analytics
- Develop, review and update product listings through our client’s shopping channels
- Maintain your knowledge of brands and trends
- Provide support at trade shows to increase brand awareness
- Respond to customer queries
Interested? To be considered, you’ll need:
- At least two years’ marketing experience, including experience of SEO and Google Analytics
- A high level of IT literacy, including MS Word and Excel
As a Marketing Assistant, you’ll have an excellent work ethic, positive attitude and great written and verbal communication skills. You’ll also be proactive, highly organised and able to work to deadlines.
Ideally, you’ll have a degree level qualification in marketing, but this is not essential.
