The Role: 

As an International Account Manager, you’ll provide a high-quality service to clients who are looking to renew their subscription with us. 

In this key role, you’ll: 

- Build strong relationships with clients and ensure their needs are met 
- Communicate with clients across different time zones 
- Help clients to fully utilise our products and services 
- Identify sales opportunities within existing accounts 
- Help to continuously improve our services 

About You: 

To be considered, you’ll need: 

- Experience of renewal account management 
- Previous experience of using a database management system 
- Excellent negotiation skills 
- Strong customer service skills 
- At a minimum, GCSEs (or equivalent) at grade C or above in English and Maths 
- Fluency in Arabic, both written and verbal, in addition to English
