Truro and Bodmin
Cornwall Council’s Property Team is seeking two flexible and talented admin officers to work in busy and friendly offices, one in Truro and one in Bodmin. Strong IT skills are essential as well as a keen eye for accuracy. The roles will be responsible for supporting the performance of the Estates Delivery and the Maintenance teams as they deliver in excess of 600 property related commissions per year, and almost 20,000 maintenance orders per year.
