JOB TITLE: Office Manager

SALARY & BENEFITS: GBP22,000.00 with benefits

WORKING HOURS: Full Time

THE COMPANY: Our client is based in Doncaster and are committed to being the worldwide lubricant supplier of choice to the metalworking industry. They have an exciting opportunity available for a Office Manager to join their team on a full time permanent basis.

Key Responsibilities/duties of a Office Manager to include:-

• Monthly Management Accounts
• Produce/input sales/purchase invoices
• Final Year End Accounts for Audit
• VAT Returns
• Bank account reconciliations
• Monthly Intrastat
• Sales & Purchase ledger control
• Monthly Parent Company spreadsheets
• Manage salaries, pensions, insurances
• Overseas agent commission reports
• General Office Administration

THE CANDIDATE: The ideal candidate for the Office Manager position must be self-motivated and capable of working alone and part of a team. You must be a good communicator and reliable. You will need to live within a commutable distance to Doncaster.

Key experience essential for the role of Office Manager -

• Accounting experience required
• AAT qualified will be advantageous
