Online Brand Account Manager
My client is looking for an experienced Online Brand Account Manager to manage their supliers within the business dealing with over 130 Brands for one to the biggest nursery catalogues in the UK, including Mothercare and Toys R us. As a company they are always striving to be better and welcome someone who has new ideas and suggested ways of improvement.
The successful candidate will be responsible for taking control of a selected number of brands on our website. Their main objective will be to grow the sales of each brand to its full potential. The role will be heavily incentivised, and will be KPI Driven. You will be supplied with a successful strategy and all the tools and resources to assist with reaching targets and goals. You need to be a dynamic and self motivated individual who has a strategic way of thinking and can work on their own initiative without having to follow instructions.
Building a rapport with dedicated suppliers (Area sales managers and Office staff)
Regular communication with brands
Recognising opportunities and reacting fast to buying possibilities
Strategic & tactical buying with strong negotiation
Uploading products on the website
Managing Prices & remaining competitive (with a mutual understanding with supplier)
Working closely with marketing agencies and increasing visibility of the brands through every avenue possible.
Analysing supplier marketing calendar and working in conjunction with this
Finding ways to create a competitive advantage over competitor activities
Working with 3rd Party Selling Portals (EBay, Amazon, and Play)
Updating Stock System & Carrying out stock audits
Liaise with suppliers to ensure Products are represented on the website according to supplier policy.
Working with internal teams to ensure brand information is as up to date as possible (Accounts, Customer Service, Order processing, Warehouse etc.)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
To be considered for this role you must have the following:
Be competent in all aspects of IT
Be experienced in working within the Digital Marketing space
Have a proven track record of sales
Have a very strong level of understanding in ecommerce & Online business
Have the ability to use Graphic Applications such as Macromedia Fireworks
Have an excellent understanding of the Online Buyer Process through fferent shopping channels
Be familiar with different website layouts
Have the ability to improvise and make decisions using your own initiative
Be flexible, trustworthy and dedicated to the company
Excellent presentation and organisational skills
Monday - Friday 09:00 am - 18:00 pm
Attractive Salary of £19,000 per annum with a £8000 Commission % of Sales
28 days (Including Bank Holidays)
