Housing Support Worker required
This is an excellent opportunity for floating Housing Support worker working within the Erewash area.
The successful applicant must have previous experience in providing housing support for elderly.
Duties include:-
Visiting the elderly in their homes giving them support to maintain tenancy/accomodation and independent living
Signposting additional support services
Establishing personal safety
maximizing welfare benefits through advice and signposting benefits
The floating support service will involve assisting clients in emergencies and providing assistance in emergencies for falls, crisis, bereavement and following a traumatic event.
