Solicitor - Commercial and Corporate

I am recruiting for a newly qualified Solicitor with experience or knowledge of the corporate and commercial sector for a leading law firm based near Tamworth, they are offering a competitive salary based upon your experience and knowledge

The Company
A well established, modern, friendly, professional and sociable law firm who provides a comprehensive legal service for both business clients and private individuals.

Job Purpose
Working as a Solicitor you will be taking on varied casework within the commercial and corporate department. Matters will include buying and selling businesses, corporate structures and restructures, helping with business formations and general commercial trading.

Person specification:
- 0-2 years PQE as a Solicitor
- Good knowledge of the commercial and corporate sector
- Have excellent communication and people management skills
- Able to work under pressure and multitask
- Must have job stability
- Sociable, friendly and professional and comfortable working in an open plan office

Salary and Benefits
- Very competitive dependant on experience and can be discussed at application stage
- 35 hour working week (Monday - Friday 9-5)
- 25 days holiday per annum plus declared public holidays
