Our solutions are built around our in-house file management system with integrated Business and Client Portals, automated business process software and associated scanning and telephony applications.

Purpose
We are looking for an HR Advisor to join our busy team providing HR advice and support to our Healthcare client. This role is varied, hands-on and will require travel to our other offices and locations nationwide.

Duties/Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include the full range of HR duties from managing the recruitment process, conducting interviews and appraisals, generating contracts of employment, administration of contractual changes to conducting exit interviews and processing leavers. Further, the role includes advising on manager/employee related queries including queries on sickness absence, maternity and paternity rights.  You will also be responsible for advising on, and conducting, disciplinary and grievance investigations, performance, capability and redundancy processes. Other responsibilities include updating HR policies and taking responsibility for HR projects as required.

Skills/Competencies required:
Previous HR Officer/Advisor experience in the above is a must and the ideal candidate must be able to "hit the ground running".  The successful candidate will be experienced in dealing with a wide range of HR issues and be confident in dealing with people at a senior level.  Previous recruitment experience would be beneficial. Strong administration/organisational skills, tact and discretion are also pre-requisites as are strong IT skills.  Experience in project management would be beneficial.
