Key Responsibilities (training provided):

- Managing software projects from inception to acceptance and completion

- Project risk/issue management.

- Stakeholder management, progress reporting and expectation setting

- Team monitoring/motivating

- Attending client meetings and analysis sessions

If you succeed and are awarded a training contract with our client, you will start as a trainee project manager and throughout the first year receive an unprecedented level of training, support and mentoring from their highly skilled senior team. More advanced training will then follow along with the opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge projects within the company, until you master the modern technologies, processes and practices of software development and become a senior project manager by the end of year four. Also your annual salary will typically raise by £5k every year, meaning almost double the income by the end of your initial contract.
