Head of Talent Acquisition/TA Specialist

This is a pivotal senior role in a highly successful and globally strong organisation. Initially the role includes developing, setting up, rolling out and then managing the talent/resourcing/engagement piece across Europe.

A business proud of its people and culture as well as its growth, they enjoy a market leading position and technical expertise and seek to maintain a strong foothold as a leader in the market; with the next exciting step of creating a market leading presence in Europe. Currently experiencing exponential growth that requires a change in their approach this is a newly created role to lead the Talent Acquisition strategy and delivery across the business.

In this role success will only be achieved by being able to undertake a mix strategic and operational activity; the team is lean with a large and exciting task ahead, the role will include hands on sourcing, recruitment and selection. We are looking for a proven Talent Acquisition Specialist who offers experience of resourcing across Europe - (this is essential) Agile thinking and a sense of urgency is a must!
