Our client is looking for a HR Advisor to join their busy, fast-paced HR function based in Coleford on a 3 month basis.
Client Details
Our client is well known brand based in Coleford, operating in the manufacturing and production industry - they have hired permanently into their HR team and are looking for some cover while they are waiting for the permanent candidate to start with them.
Description
The HR Advisor position is very much a Generalist HR role, in the interim the expectation will be around adding value to the casework the business is running with, so the focus will be towards Employee Relations in the first instance.
You will be involved in the whole employee life cycle, and this will be focused around the background of the chosen candidate (depending on their skills and attributes).
Profile
The chosen HR Advisor will ideally come from a unionised, manufacturing, or similar environment.
You will be able to hit the ground running from an Advisory perspective, having had a proven track record in a similar role, and a strong knowledge of ER.
Job Offer
A three month temporary position in Coleford - competitive rate of pay.
