Our client is seeking an experienced Generalist HR Advisor with at least 3 years' experience. You will be working with a client group of 350 individuals in business that offers engineering, construction, demolition, decommissioning and rail. Also, you will be required to travel around South London two times a week.

This is a fast paced and demanding role, so you will need to be well organised, have excellent communication and people skills and be adaptable to an evolving environment.

We are seeking candidates with background in either construction, engineering, manufacturing or similar.

We are looking for candidates with strong combination in the administration of the following areas:

* Generalist HR Advisor
* ER
* Recruitment - Managing employee life cycle
* Project Management skills

The candidate will:

* Provide HR Advice, support and coaching on all aspects of ER
* Take a lead on HR issues including disciplinary, grievance, performance management, redundancy, absence, bespoke working requests, and conducting maternity meetings and exit interviews
* Working closely with the support business to implement and deliver the HR Strategy/People Plan
* Work closely and building strong relationships with members of the supported business senior leadership team and other relevant stakeholders
