The Company: Our client is a college located in Eastbourne which is currently undergoing a multi-million pound investment in first class independent education for the 21 st century. On completion, it will deliver 32 state-of-the-art classrooms; a sports centre; a dining hall with function rooms and caf??; a three-storey pavilion; a foyer attached to the College theatre; a reception area, a new school shop and plentiful social and exhibition space.
Due to this expansion, our client is currently seeking a Finance Business Partner to join the team.
The Role: As a Finance Business Partner, you will provide analysis and commentary on current and historic data. You will also provide vital support to the Finance Bursar to ensure budgets, management accounts and statutory accounts are produced to strict deadlines as well as auditing and developing the internal financial systems.
The Candidate: To be considered for the position of Finance Business Partner, you must have a strong ability to interpret data, detect trends and provide insight to ensure commercially astute business decisions can be made and implemented. You will either be in the later stages of studying towards a professional exam or be a passed finalist.
