As our client continues to grow, they now require an IT Support Technician to join their 8 person IT department, acting as the first point of contact for their 100 plus staff in the group’s 3 offices close to Diss train station.
IT Support Technician – Role Overview
You will be responsible for promptly resolving various issues and for involving IT colleagues as appropriate. You must be reliable and helpful!

Their offices are open from 8am to 8pm on weekdays and 9.30am to 4.30pm on Saturdays, so some flexibility with working hours (or being on call) is required.
