Sales Executive – B2B
South Shields
Salary: £18,000 - £22,000 Per annum (Up to £55,000 OTE)

The Sales Executive role is made for a chatterbox, so holding a conversation should come naturally. Ideally you need to have B2B experience (spoiler alert: you’ll be dealing with a lot of them), energy knowledge would be beneficial, but we can let that slide.
The training with our client is something else, so don’t worry they’ve got you covered.
The Sales Executive is a challenging position requiring the following skills:
• Create and develop B2B leads, selling available services and products to clients ranging from SME - high value/corporate.
• Provide excellent customer service to existing and new clients
• Achieve stretching but realistic lead generation targets
• To strive to provide high levels of internal and external customer care and bring to the attention of your manager any problems that arise on an ongoing basis
• To represent our clients company in a professional and courteous manner
• Be responsible for and manage a calling strategy – industry and geographical
• To build and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders alike
• To present a supportive, positive and enthusiastic attitude towards the job, the company and your colleagues always.
• Manage day-to-day administrative responsibilities associated with role
Core skills and experience necessary:
• 1 years’ experience in sales, telesales
• Proven record of success in direct sales, including a demonstrated ability to generate and qualify leads independently
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Be goal-oriented
• Positive attitude
• Excellent attention to detail and written and verbal communication skills
• Great listening, interpersonal and relationship building skill are imperative to the role
Additional Responsibilities of the Sales Executive:
• Manager updates – you will be required to update your line manager on a frequent basis and discuss the following; Workload, upcoming work, outstanding work, any issues, any improvements etc.
• General ad-hoc tasks
