IT Help Desk, responding to and investigating a range of incidents, requests, enquiries and queries raised by NHS staff and provide expert technical advice on a wide range of systems and technologies.
You will be employed by a local NHS practice, who are looking to employ multiple service desk analysts to join their team on a temporary basis through Brook Street, who have been trading for 70 years and celebrating that anniversary this year as the most experienced employment agency on the market.
You will be provided with a head set and laptop by the company as for some shifts you will be required to work from your home as this role is a 24 hour shift pattern. The hourly pay rate will be £11 Monday to Friday, £14 outside the hours of 6pm - 8am and £17 Sundays and bank holidays.
You will have experience of working in a support role within a technical team providing services direct to the client base and have a customer focused mindset.
