Receptionist / Administrator- Salary dependant on experience– Kings Lynn – Full Time Contract.

They are looking for a friendly, well - mannered individual to join their office team for maternity cover with the potential of a permanent position. No experience within the motor trade is necessary but great customer service and a good level of maths is important.
The role will be for a receptionist who will be part of their busy sales environment. From booking in new cars to handing them over to their new owners! You will be part of the whole process making this a great varied and interesting position within the company.
- Answering phone calls and emails,
- Booking in new cars,
- Taking customer details and deposits,
- Final handovers,
- Creating job cards and general admin.
