Web Developer

This company is looking for a talented, up-and-coming, web developer (PHP/WordPress/CSS/JavaScript) to join the web department of an expanding and fast-paced IT MSP. Working from a modern, open plan office; expect an exciting and varied role delivering web development projects for their wide client base. Joining as a web developer you will be involved in driving the customer experience for multiple development projects. Whether you are finding solutions to technical problems; conducting browser compatibility tests; fixing bugs; delivering optimised code; capturing client requirements or keeping up-to-date with industry trends, you will play a vital role ensuring the delivery of projects.

You don't need to have all the requirements below but some experience of web development (not necessarily commercial) and an enthusiasm for the industry is a must.

- Experience with developing sites based on WordPress
- Experience with HTML5, CSS3, JS
- Experience using version control (preferably Git)
- Experience of at least 1 modern PHP framework, preferably Laravel or Yii
- Experience with responsive web design
- Excellent communication skills

In return, they offer a salary of £19,000 - £26,000 per annum, depending on experience, company bonus scheme, flexible benefits, company pension contributions and extensive training and development opportunities.
