We are looking for an outgoing person with bags of enthusiasm for nature. A real people person who can enthuse the general public about what we do, and inspire them to become supporters of our work by becoming members of the RSPB.
Membership Development Officer - 2 roles

Salary starting at: £17,276 to £18,716 per annum
Hours: Full time
Contract: Permanent
The RSPB is the UK's largest conservation organisation, with over 200 nature reserves giving a home to thousands of species across the whole of the UK. By creating and protecting some of the country's rarest habitats we are ensuring the future for some of our most threatened wildlife.

You will have the opportunity to create your own display and tell your stories in your own way. We will provide you with all of the training and resources you need to be successful in the role.
You will be ambitious and work hard to achieve your targets and KPI's in order to help us achieve our aim of delivering a world richer in nature.
The role will involve working on some of our breathtaking reserves as well as extensive travel around the North East so a full driving licence is a necessity. We will provide you with a vehicle and the office support to reach as many people as possible. You need to bring the passion and enthusiasm and the drive to succeed.
