A lot of our growth over recent years has been in our international offer, whether this is through our international offices, or working with global clients in more markets. We are looking for a Research Director to help us with this exciting growth.
So the role is all about developing global accounts and coaching our exciting team of project managers. We want people who relish making a difference to both their clients and their colleagues, and who want to work for a company they believe in. Don’t worry if you don’t have a traditional agency-side background, we want to talk to people who can bring a new perspective to what we do.
What will you bring?
A passion for understanding what makes people tick in different markets
Exceptional client handling skills
An ability to effectively coach junior researchers
An understanding of the nuances of conducting research in different markets; what works and what doesn’t!
An interest in trying new things and innovative methodologies e.g. communities, mobile surveys, ethnography
The ability to work at pace, on a variety of challenges
