Finance Director

Our client is a private equity backed business services organisation with cutting edge technology, operating in a sector poised to experience significant growth. The business has a blue chip client base across a UK wide network and having invested heavily in technology, premises and people it is perfectly positioned to take advantage of relevant regulatory changes that will ensure significant sales and revenue growth over the next few years leading up to a successful exit for the investors. The MD is looking to hire a commercial, private equity experienced Finance Director to join the Board and partner him through to exit. The ideal candidate will have held the most senior finance position in at least one organisation previously and should have worked in a high growth PE leveraged environment before. Other key aspects of this role are:

• High level of financial reporting
• M&A experience and the ability to lead the integration of any future acquisitions.
• Experience of detailed commercial contract review
• Exit experience

This will be an exciting and stimulating role for a highly commercial and confident finance professional.
