Research & Reporting Officer

Healthwatch North East Lincolnshire is the consumer champion for local health and social care services. It takes the experiences that people have of local care and uses them to help shape local services, leading to the outcome of improved delivery and commissioning of health and social care services across North East Lincolnshire.

MNH have recently been awarded the contract to continue the delivery of Healthwatch in North East Lincolnshire, and we are currently recruiting for the position of Research & Reporting Officer.

Working closely with the Delivery Manager, the Research & Reporting Officer will be responsible for the implementation and delivery of an effective research and reporting function for Healthwatch North East Lincolnshire. The role will lead on the collection of patient experiences, along with the identification of other intelligence and data gained from a wide range of sources. The aim is to develop an effective structure of research and analysis to ensure that patient experience trends, gaps in service and areas of good practice can be identified, whilst building the reputation of Healthwatch as the consumer champion for health and social care services in North East Lincolnshire. The post holder will need to have a good understanding of the local health care arena, and also possess excellent data collection, analysis and reporting skills as the research gathered will be formulated into reports with recommendations for formal submission to health and social care providers.
