Trainee Payroll & HR Administrator

Salary up to £18,000 pa dependent on skills and experience 
We are looking for a Trainee Payroll & HR Administrator to come and join the Hall & Woodhouse family in our Brewery in Blandford. This is a great opportunity for someone who may be looking to change career or is interested in taking their first step into payroll as no experience is necessary and full training will be given.  In addition we will support a professional qualification for the right person.

The role will see you acting as central point of contact between our out sourced payroll provider, our team members and external bodies. You will be responsible for administration of our weekly and monthly payroll; resolving and answering any pay or benefit queries, general HR administration as well as providing an outstanding level of service to our team members.

The right candidate will have:

  • Good communications skills
  • A passion for customer service
  • High levels of numeracy and accuracy
  • Strong IT skills with the ability to pick up new software quickly
  • Resilience
  • A natural flair and skill in administration
