As our training administrator you will play a vital role in ensuring that our brand new starters, existing staff and external clients have their personal learning made as easy, accessible and slick as possible.
Reporting to the head of training your role is absolutely key to delivering our learning and development programme.
This role will have a huge impact on the business and will support our ambitious worldwide growth plans

So, what's the job role?

Coordinating and planning start dates of new starters across the globe
Ensuring joining instructions are clear and new starters are welcomed on their first day
Arranging the diaries and schedules of the L&D team, often to tight deadlines and schedules
Planning and registering delegates for courses, sending calendar invites, booking rooms for all attendees
Ensuring all rooms are clean, tidy and all necessary stationary is available
Liaising with key business stakeholders and external client booking requests
Confirming all compliance records are up to date
Have the ability to pull together reports to monitor progress
You'll track every single member of staff through their learning journey, providing documentation of all courses attended, any follow up action points and next steps
Your role will also be required to undertake travel booking, hotels, trains, flights etc as part of your role

What skills will you need?

It's essential for this role you're super organised, you'll also be superb at relationship building, have a logical mind, be able to spot and solve problems before they become one! Confidence and being able to take initiative are also high on the list
Your attention to detail and naturally inquisitive mind will be key to this position.
Ideally you'll have had previous experience in an administration position, although this isn't essential
Communication skills are paramount, you're going to be contacting people in many different forms and time zones. You're also more than likely to be an excel whiz!
Ideally a graduate with a keen interest or looking for your big break into an admin/pa role
