Our client is an independent housing company providing more than 9,000 quality affordable homes within the Trafford area of Manchester. They are a “profit-for-purpose” organisation, striving for a society transformed, free from poverty, inequality and injustice. They also have Gold status IIP accreditation.
Joining them as Business Transformation Project Manager, you will have good understanding of how to effectively manage customer experience, drive service performance, improve resource utilisation and people performance, reduce cost to serve and improve supplier contract delivery.
You’ll be able to complete ‘current state’ analysis of department performance to understand and document gaps in people, process and technology. You will have experience in developing customer service improvement projects, establish process and performance measurement and management regimes to support project delivery and handover to ‘business as usual’ operational management and continuous improvement.
They are looking for an individual who has experience in delivering measurable positive change through appropriate structured improvement techniques. You will understand how to obtain and ensure quality results to achieve total customer satisfaction and where appropriate, challenge accepted practices which may inhibit the quality and timeliness of deliverables and implement acceptable solutions which meet client and internal stakeholder needs.
With good communication skills and experience of working within a team environment, you will have supervisory / management experience and use your technical and professional expertise to support and advise others. They’d also like you to have detailed knowledge of the service area and the public and/or housing sector.

These benefits include excellent training and development opportunities, a salary sacrifice child care voucher scheme, access to the Social Housing Defined Contribution pension scheme, annual leave allowance starting at 20 days per annum and rising to 30 days per annum with service.
