About the company: Our client is a well-established hospitality company based in Ashbourne. They are looking for Bar and Waiting staff to join their team on a temporary on-going basis. There is potential for this role to become permanent after 12 weeks.
They are currently recruiting for a Head Waiter, Bar Manager and full time bar and waiting staff. As these roles are starting off on a temporary basis, candidates should ideally be immediately available or have a short notice period.
About you: The ideal candidate will have previous hotel/restaurant experience. You will have good communication skills, a good use of initiative and be a team player.
Duties:
- Serving customers
- Taking bookings
- Placing orders
- Dealing with enquiries
- Training staff & preparing rotas
- Cashing up
- General administrative duties
Hours: 40 hour per week including weekends.
Salary is be dependant on experience.
