This company is a rapid growing company based in Alsager between Stoke on Trent and Crewe, offering Boiler, Home and Kitchen Appliance Cover plans to homeowners and landlords throughout the UK.

Due to their rapid growth they are looking for an enthusiastic Inbound Sales and Retention Adviser to join their team.

This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in consumer telesales looking to join and make a difference in a professional and successful company with the opportunity to progress.

The Role:
This is a varied role, to include the following:
- Developing a thorough knowledge of their products and those of their competitors
- Taking inbound telephone enquiries, and converting them to a customer
- Up-selling
- Converting incomplete sales, by negotiating and objection handling
- Retaining customers looking to cancel their plan at the end of contract

What skills and experience will you need?
- They are looking for a enthusiastic and driven individual with experience in meeting targets with a consumer telesales role
- Goal orientated, with a passion to succeed
- A "Can Do" attitude with a "Customer First" approach
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Team player

The successful candidate will receive excellent training, support and development to progress their career in this field.

Job Package Details:
Salary: £16,500 + Commission. OTE would be £22,000.
Hours: Monday to Friday shifts between 8 and 7, and one Saturday per month 9 - 2.
Holidays: 28 Days Per year, plus additional day per year of employment.
