Position: Regional Administrative Manager Location: Doncaster, South Yorkshire Contract type: Full Time, Permanent Salary: GBP43,085 pa inclusive Benefits: Final salary pension scheme, assistance with travel to and from work and generous annual leave Closing Date: Wednesday 7 March 2018 at 5pm About the Role: We are seeking to recruit a full-time Regional Administrative Manager for our North East Regional Office in Doncaster, to support the work of the Regional Organisers and other Trade Union officials for the North East region. About You: Applicants need experience of providing an administrative service and the ability to manage staff and deal with performance management issues effectively. You will be the focal point of contact for Union members and need to demonstrate an understanding and support of the core principles of the RMT and the trade union movement. Additionally, you will require excellent leadership & team working skills and demonstrate a good understanding of industrial relations matters.
