Castle Howard is a family owned and run business based in North Yorkshire, attracting over 250,000 visitors a year. We are seeking a Cafe Manager to oversee the day-to-day running of our popular, vibrant Courtyard Cafe.
Open daily, you will have full responsibility for managing and motivating the team to provide the best quality customer experience whilst focusing on sales targets and working within the constraints of budgets.
You will have a flexible, positive attitude, good people management and leadership skills, and an interest and understanding of food.
Previous stately home experience would be a benefit and professional personal standards of hygiene and appearance is a must.
